With a deep passion for therapeutic touch and holistic wellness, Abby brings years of experience in both massage and yoga. Trained in the US at The Heartwood Institute in California and LaStone Therapy in Arizona, she blends intuitive care with specialized relaxation, firm pressure and hot/cold stone therapy techniques to create deeply restorative experiences.

As a non-RMT practicing in Canada, Abby has built a diverse and respected career across both destination resort and independent spa settings. She has worked at renowned destinations including The Kingfisher Resort and Spa, Fairmont Hot Springs Resort in Invermere, BC and most recently at OhSpa at the Old House Hotel.
