Dan Cheng is a strength and conditioning coach with a global background in international football and rugby. A former rugby player, his passion for athletic performance & speed development began at a young age while competing in elite sports. This early exposure shaped his dedication to high-performance training, injury prevention, and athlete development. His experience has given him a deep understanding of the physical, mental, and tactical demands of elite sport.
With extensive experience working with elite athletes, Olympians, and national programs, Dan has operated in top high-performance facilities worldwide, refining athletes’ physical conditioning to enhance performance, resilience, and longevity. His global exposure has equipped him with a versatile and adaptable coaching style, allowing him to work effectively across diverse cultures and sporting environments.
Beyond the physical aspects, Dan prioritizes building trust and strong personal relationships with athletes, recognizing that true performance gains come from both physical and mental development.
